Are you giving away any products or services online or on your social media platform? It may be that people have to submit something in order to compete or follow and tag an account. Both are examples of contests and sweepstakes which have legal requirements. It’s very important to have specific set of rules and ways for people to participate because if you don’t follow those rules, you could get into some trouble. Additionally, it’s important that you follow those rules so you’re not accidentally offering an illegal lottery. Only the government is allowed to run lotteries, so you don’t want to mix those up!
